Vytol Returns & Refunds Policy
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, Vytol operates a strict no returns policy. All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any compounds once an order has been dispatched.
This policy exists for the integrity and safety of our research compounds. Once a product has left our facility we cannot guarantee its storage conditions or handling, and as such cannot resell or reuse returned compounds under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrectly fulfilled please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@vytol.co.uk with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
We will review each case individually and where appropriate may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We are unable to guarantee resolution outside of the 48 hour window.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe please contact us at support@vytol.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with our courier. We are unable to be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs processing.
