1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vytol website and the purchase of any compounds from Vytol. By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with Vytol you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are purchasing compounds solely for legitimate research and laboratory purposes
  • You are not purchasing compounds for human or animal consumption or administration
  • You have the legal right to purchase and possess research compounds in your jurisdiction
  • You accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws regarding the purchase, importation and use of research compounds

Vytol reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion without providing a reason.

3. Products

All compounds sold by Vytol are research-grade materials intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes only. They are not medicines, dietary supplements or pharmaceutical products and have not been approved by the MHRA, FDA or any other regulatory authority for human or animal use.

All product descriptions, compound profiles and published research references on the Vytol website are provided for informational purposes only. They relate exclusively to published third-party research conducted in controlled laboratory settings and do not constitute claims regarding the effects, safety or efficacy of any compound in humans or animals.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Vytol reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch. In the event of cancellation a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Vytol reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Vytol aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation during business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and Vytol cannot guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe. Vytol accepts no liability for delays caused by courier services, customs processing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure compliance with all import and export regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. Vytol accepts no liability for any customs seizure, import restriction or legal consequence arising from the international shipment of research compounds.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products Vytol operates a strict no returns policy. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched. Please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrectly fulfilled please contact us at support@vytol.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. We will review each case individually and where appropriate may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Certificates of Analysis

All Vytol compounds are independently verified by Janoshik Analytical and a Certificate of Analysis is available on request for every compound. COA documentation covers HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry results. Vytol acts as a distributor of research-grade compounds manufactured by our partner laboratory Homopeptides and does not manufacture compounds independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Vytol accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, adverse outcome or legal consequence arising from:

  • The misuse, improper handling or administration of any compound purchased from Vytol
  • The use of any compound in humans or animals
  • Any customs seizure, import restriction or regulatory action in any jurisdiction
  • Any reliance on information, research summaries or compound profiles published on the Vytol website
  • Any delay, loss or damage arising from courier or delivery services

The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe, lawful and appropriate use of all compounds purchased from Vytol.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vytol website including text, imagery, branding, compound guides and research summaries is the intellectual property of Vytol and may not be reproduced, distributed, published or used in any form without prior written permission from Vytol.

10. Privacy

Vytol collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and placing an order you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required for order fulfilment or as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

Vytol reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and all matters relating to the purchase of Vytol compounds are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the purchase of Vytol compounds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
